you are likely either double firewalled or behind a router & firewalled (it's overkill and makes things not work)

Dialup:

browse through bands & folders by clicking on them, then right click on the tracks and choose "save as" and save them to your desktop (or you can use the ftp method below - this is for folks that aren't ready to get into ftp just yet) This will still take some time to download! But if you are patient, you should be able to listen to the music. PLEASE DON'T TRADE MP3s as audio disks. Please do tell interested folks they can get these here in flac.

FTP How To:

You will need an ftp client like smartftp (get it here) to download from the SPPS. To download, using dialup it will be painfully slow. If you are on dialup, stick to mp3s or you'll be downloading a show for DAYS.

We put together a beginners how-to page for smartftp here.

If you use Peer Guardian - shut it off (uninstall it, it's worthless) They block huge, innocent blocks of IP space, including ours.
